Template #43

Okay I'm having trouble deciding which layout I like better. I thought I wanted the background dark so the pictures would pop better, but I'm just not sure. Which one do you like, the first one or second one?

I used Jewel Scraps new kit "In My Closet"

Here's the template!

Welcome to my new blog! You can bookmark this blog and delete the old one (ScrapbyColor with Holley). If you want to grab my new blinkie it is on the side too! I will be announcing next week what my new store is. In the mean time bear with me as I'm switching my designer name, (now Holley Berry Designs) my blog, and my store.

Template Pack #33-40 and a Freebie

Well I'm still waiting to hear if Best Buy can recover the files that I couldn't access on my external hard drive. Lesson learned: I now have two external hard drives. I always backed up the things (like pictures and scrapbook pages) on a flash drive also, but I didn't ever backup my design stuff. I didn't think it would be the end of the world if I lost it (which it's not), but come to find out I'm pretty sad if I do lose it. So I'll get back to my Articles of Faith book eventually but I might have to start over, so it'll take awhile.

In the mean time I have a new template pack this week at Scrappin Digi Kreations and it's 40% off. It has 8 templates in psd and png formats. 4 of the templates are brand new, never before released on my blog. The other 4 were freebies, but no longer available for download.

Here are the layouts that I based the templates off of:

And here is a little freebie for you. It is part of the Supa Digi Kit at Scrappin Digi Kreations.

And here are the layouts (a little bigger) that I haven't posted on the blog yet. They are all using Jewel Scraps's new kit "My Backyard," available at Enchanted Studio Scraps.

Template #35

Hope everyone is having a fun Labor day--we're off to the beach! Woohoo! It's my favorite place to be.

I did a layout using Jewel Scraps' contribution to the "Happy Birthday" collab at Enchanted Studio Scraps. If you sign up to ESS forums and state your birthday you should receive all the parts for FREE on your birthday! I did recolor a few items.

And here is the freebie template for you! Have a great day:)

Well I decided to join a Creative Team (CT) so that I can get more scrapping done. I take way too many pictures of my cute kids :) Anyways, Jewel Scraps just opened her store at Enchanted Studio Scraps today. I love all the color that she puts into her kits and they've been fun to work with!

Here are some kits that I did some layouts for:

And go check out her store, she's having a sale!

Plus here's a template of my Rock Band layout. Thanks for all the kind comments!

Template #26

Here is a layout I just did with my new kit "Bump Set Spike." (It is still 40% off!) I wish I took more pictures of us playing volleyball, but seeing as how I'm usually playing or switching off with my husband taking care of the kiddies, it's a little hard. It was a good chance to journal about it though!

And here's the matching template, available in psd and png formats!

Toothy Smiles Revisited

I've got some new products in my store at Scrappin Digi Kreations. Remember they are 40% off the first week! I decided to revisit a kit I did way back when I was still very much learning how to do things in photoshop and didn't have my vector drawing program yet. Some of the papers are the same, but I did add in some new ones. All the elements are new (the fairy and smiley faces were redrawn in the vector program). So everything is higher quality and a little more with the trends! Images are linked.

Here are four 12x12 inch quickpages:

And you can buy the kit and quickpages together and save even more!

Here are some layouts I did with the kit:

And here is another template pack! They are only in psd format.

And here is a template freebie. Some people have asked for the png format of my templates and I'm curious to know how many people out there need them as pngs, so please vote on my poll! This template is in both psd AND png. Leave some love if you download!
