Wow! It's been over a month! We are feeling pretty settled in our new home. I hung pictures this week, so it is feeling more home-y :) We had a fun Halloween but I'm ready to take down the decorations! Gearing up for Thanksgiving and thinking about Christmas presents already! I'm so glad we didn't wait until Christmas time to move again (like last year).

I've been trying to get back into the swing of things before Digital Scrapbooking Day creeped up on me but it has been so busy with church. My calling is in Primary (over children 18 months to 11 years old) and we were in charge of our Trunk or Treat activity for the whole ward and we are also getting ready for our Sacrament program that we do once a year. My secretary got taken away and all the rest of us have been going through different crises (yes a move counts :) Anyways......I wish I had some new releases for you but I've got some freebies instead (in a little bit!). But, we are having a big sale tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday! 40% off at
Scrapbook-Elements!
This next layout uses a Fall Blog Train from Gotta Pixel
These last two layouts use Fireworks by Chelle's Creations and some custom elements.
Okay now for my (your) freebie! I'm trying out something new, combining my two loves: pastel drawings/doodles with templates! These are mostly templates with a few regular elements thrown in. The Baby Mine elements are from a freebie I did awhile back, it should still be available. These templates are Personal Use or Scrap4Hire only. Tell me what you think about this idea!
Here's a closeup of the pastel drawings:
This layout shows how you can still use these templates with any elements you want. I used Happy Skies by Anna BV Designs and Happy Days Bonus Papers by Lindsay Jane Designs. Huh, I just realized both those kits have "Happy" in them, well this page is pretty happy!
For this other layout I used the Baby Mine elements but recolored them a little. I also used some of the rest of my Baby Mine Mini Kit, Blastoff by Down this Road Designs, and Monkeying Around by Misty Cato Designs.
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Digital Scrapbooking Day!
